Tried to install Kapersky virus removal tool, AVG, Malwarebytes- wouldn't work.Downloaded and installed Microsoft Security Essentials- this worked and a virus scan showed nothing (of course).Recovered Windows and laptop started as normal except with Times New Roman font on Firefox.Showed brand logo and 'press F4 for recovery' but then no Windows logo- just cursor and grey screen.
